The American Lung Association® of Washington has three Asthma Walks in Puget Sound, Spokane and Yakima to help raise needed funds to support education and research in our region.
We kick-off Asthma Awareness month with the Puget Sound Asthma Walk in Memory of Gail Shapiro, MD and presented by Children’s Hospital & Regional Medical Center on Sunday, May 4th at the University of Washington. Our thanks to Children’s Hospital and all our other sponsors, along with our teams and walkers.
On Saturday, May 17th, our Spokane Asthma Walk presented by Safeco Insurance takes place at the Spokane Valley YMCA and Centennial Trail. Our thanks to Safeco Insurance and all our other sponsors, along with our teams and walkers.
