The Powerful Neighborhoods Program
The Powerful Neighborhoods Program is a pilot program of Seattle City Light that is designed to reach customers who may not have taken advantage of past energy conservation programs. These customers include senior citizens, non-English-speaking households and low-income customers. Seattle City Light will visit qualifying homes and install energy conservation lighting at no cost. To qualify, residents must live in a single-family home or a two- to four- unit apartment located in the following South Seattle neighborhood zipcodes: 98134, 98144, 98126, 98106, 98108, 98118.
